Gabriel Estay
Head instructor of Zentro Academy, Gabriel currently holds:
- 7th Dan in Taekwondo (Kukkiwon / Jidokwan),
- 7th Dan in Hapkido (Korean Hapkido Federation), &
- 4th Dan in Kumdo (World Kummooyeh Federation)
Gabriel has been training and teaching martial arts for over 30 years, he has conducted seminars nationally and internationally.
With a Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture), Gabriel brings his specialised interest in pressure points and body-mind interaction into his teachings.
Gabriel believes that martial arts is not about fighting but about a way of life and living.
Gabriel teaches with a strong emphasis on character-development and his skill in self defence techniques, forms, sparring, weaponry, and Ki (breathing) techniques ensure that students learn through a very comprehensive training system.
